*What is Artificial Intelligence?

 Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science. It involves developing computer programs to complete tasks that would otherwise require human intelligence. AI can tackle learning, perception, problem-solving, language-understanding and/or logical reasoning.

 Nowadays Artificial Intelligence is everywhere. From chatbots to Advance communication system, from IT industry to Agriculture, from Healthcare to Luxury lifestyle AI is everywhere. Some applications of AI that we use in daily basis is our "Google Assistant", "Amazon Alexa" and soo on. This list is very large.

*History Of AI

In 1950, computer scientist Alan Turning proposes a test for machine intelligence: if a machine can trick humans into believing it is human, he thinks, then it has intelligence. The test, which is called after its inventor, was originally called the imitation game, and paved the way to the current notion of AI.

The term Artificial Intelligence, though, has not been coined yet: it would only five years later, in 1955, when computer scientist John McCarthy applied it to the science and engineering of making intelligent machines: “Intelligence exhibited by machines, through the form of mimicking or displaying ‘cognitive’ capacities or functions that humans associate with natural intelligence (such as using languages, form abstractions, solve problems and improve themselves).”

The ’60s were one of the most prolific decades when it came to the development of Artificial Intelligence: in 1962 the first industrial robot, Unimate, went to work at GM replacing humans on the assembly line, marking the beginning of a new way of working; in 1964, Eliza, a pioneering chatbot developed by Joseph Weizenbaum at MIT, held conversations with humans; and, in 1966, Shakey, a general-purpose mobile robot from Stanford, reasoned about its own actions.





*Applications Of  AI

1.AI in E-commerce:

Artificial Intelligence technology is used to create recommendation engines through which you can engage better with your customers. These recommendations are made in accordance with their browsing history, preference, and interests. It helps in improving your relationship with your customers and their loyalty towards your brand.


E-commerce sites uses AI to advertise their products to the perfect customers like if you have searched for some mobile several times, that particular site will start showing you adds and deals about mobiles. This is how E-commerce sites takes AI into use.

2.AI in Healthcare:

Artificial Intelligence finds diverse applications in the healthcare sector. AI is used in healthcare to build sophisticated machines that can detect diseases and identify cancer cells. AI can help analyze chronic conditions with lab and other medical data to ensure early diagnosis. AI uses the combination of historical data and medical intelligence for the discovery of new drugs.



3.AI in Agriculture:

Artificial Intelligence is used to identify defects and nutrient deficiencies in the soil. This is
 done using computer vision, robotics, and machine learning, AI can analyze where weeds are
 growing. AI bots can help to harvest crops at a higher volume and faster pace than human
 laborers.


Using AI in agriculture we can multiply our production and thats what we are doing now, taking AI in agriculture we are upgrading the quality of agriculture

4.AI in Marketing:

Artificial intelligence applications are popular in the marketing domain as well.

  • Using AI, marketers can deliver highly targeted and personalized ads with the help of behavioral analysis, pattern recognition, etc. It also helps with retargeting audiences at the right time to ensure better results and reduced feelings of distrust and annoyance.
  • AI can help with content marketing in a way that matches the brand's style and voice. It can be used to handle routine tasks like performance, campaign reports, and much more.  
  • Chatbots powered by AI, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Generation, and Natural Language Understanding can analyze the user's language and respond in the ways humans do. 




5.AI in Gaming:

Another sector where Artificial Intelligence applications have found prominence is the gaming sector. AI can be used to create smart, human-like NPCs to interact with the players.

It can also be used to predict human behavior using which game design and testing can be improved. The Alien Isolation games released in 2014 uses AI to stalk the player throughout the game. The game uses two Artificial Intelligence systems - ‘Director AI’ that frequently knows your location and the ‘Alien AI,’ driven by sensors and behaviors that continuously hunt the player.

There are so many things that can be done by AI. 


*What is Machine Learning:

Machine learning is the ability of a machine to improve its performance based on previous results. Machine learning methods enable computers to learn without being explicitly programmed and have multiple applications, for example, in the improvement of data mining algorithms.

with the help of Machine Learning, we can develop intelligent systems that are capable of taking decisions on an autonomous basis. These algorithms learn from the past instances of data through statistical analysis and pattern matching. Then, based on the learned data, it provides us with the predicted results.

Data is the core backbone of machine learning algorithms. With the help of the historical data, we are able to create more data by training these machine learning algorithms.


*What is Deep Learning:

Deep learning is a subset of AI that offers innovative applications in many different areas of life and technology. Algorithms powered by deep learning are currently being used to detect cancer, predict earthquakes, and create art.
Deep Learning mimics the human brain by using “neural networks” to learn by repeatedly performing a task slightly differently each time to improve the outcome. In this way, the computer “thinks” in the same way a human does based on experience. The difference is that the computer can process massive amounts of data and perform tasks at a much faster rate than a human would be able to, allowing them to solve complex problems and learn skills in a significantly shorter timeframe.






*conclusion: At the end we can understand that AI,Machine Learning and Deep Learning are the branch of a same tree,and they are interlinked.
